Raffle Sales Begin Monday, January 16, 2011

How the Raffle Works:

You may purchase as many raffle tickets as you'd like. Each item will have a bucket for raffle tickets. You may distribute your red or blue tickets into whatever appropiately colored buckets you'd like. For example, if you purchase 10 tickets, you can purt 5 in for one item, 3 in for one item, and 2 in for another item. Or, you can put all 10 in one bucket to increase you chances for that item.

You CAN win multiple items!

You DO NOT need to be present at the drawing to win!

Winners will be contacted, as well as posted on the website and Facebook. If we need to ship an item to you, we may ask you to cover shipping.

How to Purchase Raffle Tickets Online:

1. Go to the SUDS website, www.SUDSDiving.org
2. Make a donation directly to them via PayPal in the amount your desired raffle purchase
3. Forward yourPayPal receipt to info@SUDSFundraising.com as proof of payment
4. Include in your forwarded email how you would like your tickets distributed in the buckets, and your complete contact information (Name, Mailing Address, Phone)
5. You will receive a response from the Raffle Commitee with your ticket numbers

Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at Booth #1926 in the Dive and Travel Harbor of the Internation Miami Boat Show and the Reception Feb. 18.

Drawings for the raffle items will be either at the Reception, February 18, at 8:30pm, or at the end of the Boat Show Monday, February 10 at 5:00pm. Raffle items are marked with the date of their drawing.

If available, exchanges of size must be coordinated directly with the donor of the item.

Raffle Prices:

$5 = 1 Ticket

$10 = 3 Tickets

$20 = 10 Tickets

$50 = 40 Tickets

$60 = 60 Tickets

$70 = 80 Tickets

$100 = 140 Tickets

Silent Auction

Many items have also been donated by very generous donors for a Silent Auction to be held during the Boat Show. Bid Sheets will be laid out for each corresponding item at the beginning of the Boat Show and will be displayed until the deadline. Like our Raffle there will be two deadlines depending on the item. Saturday at the party, or Monday at the end of the Boat Show. The deadline and suggested retail value for each item will be clearly displayed for each item.
